Wow! What an inspiration you are! I have just found your blog. I was with toying with the idea of transforming my body and aiming for a bikini fitness competition. Problem is I keep coming up against reasons (excuses) not to. I am a 48 year old (!)(English) mum to an eight year old daughter. I work part time in a gym near Bergen op Zoom. I have had a rough few years since moving to the Netherlands but I am getting ready to do something with my life. I am currently on a Paleo anti-inflammatory diet so I am getting there with the nutrition side of things but I basically need a kick up the ass. I need to stop toying!!! If I can muster a fraction of your determination then that would be a great start.
Your story is truly inspirational. Well done!

Thanks so much for your kind words. In the simplest terms, there ain’t nothing to it but to do it (the great bodybuilder – Ronnie Coleman) :) Make a plan, stick to the plan and have fun! You will learn loads in the process :)
