  1. Wow! What an inspiration you are! I have just found your blog. I was with toying with the idea of transforming my body and aiming for a bikini fitness competition. Problem is I keep coming up against reasons (excuses) not to. I am a 48 year old (!)(English) mum to an eight year old daughter. I work part time in a gym near Bergen op Zoom. I have had a rough few years since moving to the Netherlands but I am getting ready to do something with my life. I am currently on a Paleo anti-inflammatory diet so I am getting there with the nutrition side of things but I basically need a kick up the ass. I need to stop toying!!! If I can muster a fraction of your determination then that would be a great start.
Your story is truly inspirational. Well done!

    • Thanks so much for your kind words. In the simplest terms, there ain’t nothing to it but to do it (the great bodybuilder – Ronnie Coleman) :) Make a plan, stick to the plan and have fun! You will learn loads in the process :)
